Founder
John Soto, Founder & Principal
John has spent more than 20 years in IT and business operations leadership.
He co-founded and helped run managed IT service firms, including one focused on healthcare compliance, and has led technology for complex, heavily regulated organizations where uptime, audits, and customer trust are not optional.
He started Dark Hour Labs to bring that same discipline to AI: practical systems that fit how a business really works, with clear limits, clear owners, and a person approving what matters.
